Ekanban® in Unidade Local de Saúde da Guarda

BIQ HS initiated the implementation of an Ekanban® Logistic project in Unidade Local de Saúde da Guarda.

In this project we are share the hospital’s vision of optimizing logistical processes on all medical supplies and improving efficiency and level of service throughout the hospital. This is achieved by having full stock visibility, which will reduce consumption levels.
