BIQ Health Solutions, Lda complies with the General Data Protection Regulation, form the REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27th April 2016.
As part of this commitment, BIQ Health Solutions, Lda ensures that all of its data subjects will be able to exercise their rights and to this end a Data Protection Officer has been appointed in accordance with Articles 37, 38 and 39 of above-mentioned Regulation.

The data acquisition of the holders, will be made through tools that will allow informed consent, the identification of the rules for transparent processing of the data placed in the custody of BIQ Health Solutions, Lda, as well as the time and sustained retention of the data entrusted to our custody.
In case someone wants to present a complaint, as stated in Article 13º, point 2 d) of the above mentioned Regulation, it should be sent to the e-mail: biq.dpo@biqhs.
This complaint will be treated by complaint management process.
Following the registration of the complaint made by this way, BIQ Health Solutions, Lda ensures a communication process with the holder, informing him/her in time and in accordance with the stipulated by the above-mentioned regulation, of each step of the treatment of the claim.
Finally, BIQ Health Solutions, Lda is developing a Privacy Management Policy that includes all topics related to the implementation of a privacy management system for the personal data of holders and which will be disclosed and published in due course.
